SCHOOL HOLIDAY WORKSHOPS:

APRIL 22ND SCHOOL HOLIDAY WORKSHOP FOR 3 –6 YEAR OLDS

As requested, Simply Kids Yoga is running two school holiday workshops
for 3 – 6 year olds on Tuesday 22nd April, 2008:

10:30AM – 11:30AM YOGA WORKSHOP

Rocket Ships Into Outer Space Children learn rocket ship pose, and visit
the stars and the planets through yoga poses, and collect moon dust before
heading home to earth for some kids yoga games and a relaxation that is
“out of this world”.

12:00PM – 1:00PM YOGA WORKSHOP

A Magical Yoga Day during a Storm This workshop is about a child who wakes
up ready to play outside and finds it is stormy and miserable, yet has a
magical day anyway, thanks to yoga! The yoga workshop includes animal
poses such as elephants and dinosaurs, seals and dolphins, and much, much
more, and leaves the kids with a great message about being fearless!

Willoughby Scout Hall, 58 Laurel Street, Willoughby

(please arrive 10 mins early to be ready for the class to start)

3 – 6 year olds
