WHAT IS KID'S YOGA?

Kids Yoga is a holistic, fun approach to living a healthy, active and joyful life for kids. Yoga helps kids develop strong, healthy and flexible bodies, clear and creative minds, and gain access to their spiritual selves.

Kids Yoga connects mind, body and breath for peace and relaxation at a young age.

All Simply Kids yoga classes are fun. Kids who do yoga absolutely love it!
