A Toronto group of teachers started taking a yoga class together last year. They enjoyed it so much, they wondered if it would translate into a positive experience for their students.

The yoga ultimately gave the kids an extra opportunity to see themselves outside the regular classroom, to deal with stress and some of the difficulty dealing with their gross motor skills and balance.
