SECONDARY/HIGH SCHOOLS:

Simply Kids Yoga classes are taught to high schools students on school grounds before or after school, and as an option for school sport. These classes are taught as courses equipping students with vital skills in balance, strength, flexibility, compassion and
self-acceptance, relaxation and stress management skills.

A greater emphasis is placed on alignment for the high school student than with the younger groups. Classes are run in a similar way to an adult's yoga class taught by Kylie, allowing for individual, age appropriate needs.

Simply Kids also runs yoga workshops for high school students such as during study programs, and Life Long Activities programs.

School Sports Yoga Classes are run at Ku-Ring-Gai Creative Arts High School.
